The planting material looked fresh when I opened the box. The leaves that were present had not been badly rubbed in transit. The stems felt firm enough for careful planting.

Produkty pozostały przypisane do właściwych grup. Cały proces był prosty, ale nie bezosobowy.

Nulla appariva schiacciato, rotto o troppo secco.

Pędy były wystarczająco jędrne do ostrożnego sadzenia.

In queste condizioni ordinerei volentieri un'altra varietà.

The protective material was used where it was actually needed. The variety listed on my order was Narcissus "Stainless". The roots still had enough moisture after the journey.

Order confirmation was handled politely and clearly. The tone was friendly without sounding scripted. This mattered more to me than a promotional promise.
