The plant was fixed securely inside the box. I was particularly interested in Ornithogalum ponticum "Sochi". Each item was easy to remove without pulling at the plant.
The first thing I noticed was the clean condition of the shoots. The visible buds were intact and easy to inspect. The process was simple without feeling impersonal.
As raízes e a parte superior pareciam equilibradas.
In mijn pakket zat Ornithogalum ponticum "Sochi".

L'opérateur a répondu à ma question sans réponse toute faite. L'étiquette indiquait clairement Ornithogalum ponticum "Sochi".
The delivery was quicker than I had planned for. I was able to unpack everything straight away. That detail made the order feel properly handled.
