The plant recovered from the journey soon after unpacking. There was no sudden drying after it was placed in the soil. It was a small point, but I noticed it straight away.
The quantity in the parcel matched the confirmation. I did not have to guess which variety was which. I checked Iris hollandica "Discovery Purple" first after opening the box.
The parcel was packed neatly rather than filled at random. The roots still had enough moisture after the journey.
The information in the confirmation matched our conversation. Communication stayed clear from the first question to dispatch. I would be comfortable ordering another variety this way.
Il materiale vegetale sembrava fresco all'apertura.
