Good size for the price, arrived looking fresh and healthy. The little tree looks well-branched, with healthy bark and firm buds. Great ordering experience overall — will be back.

The labels remained visible inside the package. The pot and stems were supported separately. The shoots were not pressed against the lid.

L'etichetta indicava chiaramente Picea glauca `Conica` (P15).

The plant looked prepared for shipping rather than freshly disturbed. The roots and upper growth appeared balanced on arrival. It gave me confidence that the order had been checked.
