Order confirmation was handled politely and clearly. The product shown on my order was Clematis "Golden Tiara". The tone was friendly without sounding scripted.
Najbardziej interesował mnie produkt Clematis "Golden Tiara". Paczka dotarła w oczekiwanym terminie. Nie musiałem telefonicznie dopytywać o zamówienie.
The box was arranged so the plant could not move freely. The shoots were not pressed against the lid. It gave me confidence that the order had been checked.
A resposta chegou enquanto eu ainda estava a escolher.
The first watering was absorbed normally after the journey. There was no sudden drying after it was placed in the soil. A small fresh sign appeared at one of the growing points.
