Very little soil had escaped from the container. The parcel was packed neatly rather than filled at random. The experience matched what I expected from the description.

Roślina wyglądała na przygotowaną do wysyłki z uwagą. Nic nie było zgniecione, złamane ani przesuszone. To wystarczyło na dobre pierwsze wrażenie.

Mon colis contenait Dahlia "Viking" BIO. Le ton était aimable sans paraître récité.

The person on the phone understood what I was asking about. I did not have to repeat the same question several times. The process was simple without feeling impersonal.
