The roots still had enough moisture after the journey. The parcel was packed neatly rather than filled at random. This mattered more to me than a promotional promise.
I did not have to guess which variety was which. The name on the tag was clear and easy to read. Overall, this part of the purchase was straightforward.
The main item in this parcel was Hippeastrelia "Durga Pradhan". The operator answered my question without sending a generic reply. The tone was friendly without sounding scripted.
A embalagem mantinha as partes delicadas afastadas do cartão.
