Good size for the price, arrived looking fresh and healthy. I wasn't entirely sure what to expect, but the whole order went smoothly.

Doniczka i pędy były podparte osobno. Etykiety pozostały dobrze widoczne. Cały proces był prosty, ale nie bezosobowy.

O estado geral correspondia à descrição do produto.

The packaging was excellent and the young tree survived the trip perfectly. Nice to see such an unusual variety available to order online. Can't wait to watch it grow over the coming years.

To wystarczyło na dobre pierwsze wrażenie.

Produkty pozostały przypisane do właściwych grup.

The roots and upper growth appeared balanced on arrival. The leaves that were present had not been badly rubbed in transit. The root area was moist without being waterlogged.

A etiqueta identificava claramente Magnolia "Black Beauty".

The parcel was packed neatly rather than filled at random. The variety I wanted to inspect first was Magnolia "Black Beauty". The wrapping came away cleanly during unpacking.

Główną pozycją w paczce był produkt Magnolia "Black Beauty". Komunikacja pozostała jasna aż do wysyłki.

Communication stayed clear from the first question to dispatch. The available options were explained in plain language. For an online plant order, this was reassuring.
