The shoots were not pressed against the lid. The protective material was used where it was actually needed. That was enough to leave a good first impression.

L'esperienza corrispondeva a quanto indicato nella descrizione.

The roots and upper growth appeared balanced on arrival. The leaves that were present had not been badly rubbed in transit. For an online plant order, this was reassuring.

The person on the phone understood what I was asking about. The available options were explained in plain language. I chose Cherry ‘Regina’ (Sweet) after comparing several options.

The plant held its shape once the protective wrapping was removed. The root area settled without needing extra handling. That detail made the order feel properly handled.

Dopo l'apertura ho controllato per prima Cherry ‘Regina’ (Sweet).

Nestas condições, voltaria a encomendar outra variedade.

Apenas controlo a humidade e deixo a planta tranquila.
