I found no obvious weak point while unpacking it. The first thing I noticed was the clean condition of the shoots. Nothing felt rushed or carelessly prepared.
The available options were explained in plain language. Communication stayed clear from the first question to dispatch. For an online plant order, this was reassuring.
Questo ordine comprendeva Dahlia "Sweet Love". Il mio ordine è arrivato senza ritardi inutili. La scatola esterna era ancora in buone condizioni.
The label identified the item as Dahlia "Sweet Love". After planting, the plant did not show obvious stress. The stems remained firm instead of drooping further.
I was able to unpack everything straight away. My order reached me without an unnecessary delay. The process was simple without feeling impersonal.
