I did not have to repeat the same question several times. A small change to the order was confirmed without confusion. The tone was friendly without sounding scripted.
The box was arranged so the plant could not move freely. The roots still had enough moisture after the journey. For an online plant order, this was reassuring.
The plant looked prepared for shipping rather than freshly disturbed. The planting material looked fresh when I opened the box. That was enough to leave a good first impression.
A embalagem mantinha as partes delicadas afastadas do cartão.
The variety label matched the item on my order. Checking the order took only a few minutes. I chose Narcissus "Sunlight Sensation" -250 pieces- after comparing several options.
