The reply arrived while I was still deciding what to order. Order confirmation was handled politely and clearly. For an online plant order, this was reassuring.
I was particularly interested in Tulip "Love Story". The plant held its shape once the protective wrapping was removed. A small fresh sign appeared at one of the growing points.
This is my second order from this shop, and again everything arrived in perfect condition. So glad I picked Tulipa "Love Story"; it arrived healthy and well packaged.
Radici e parte superiore apparivano ben bilanciate.
The plant looked prepared for shipping rather than freshly disturbed. Nothing looked crushed, broken or excessively dry. It gave me confidence that the order had been checked.
Doniczka i pędy były podparte osobno.
