The parcel arrived within the expected window. The variety I wanted to inspect first was Tulipa "Pink Ardour". The delivery update was clear enough to follow.
The tone was friendly without sounding scripted. The operator answered my question without sending a generic reply. The available options were explained in plain language.
Het belangrijkste artikel in het pakket was Tulipa "Pink Ardour". De pot en stengels waren afzonderlijk ondersteund. De bescherming liet zich netjes verwijderen.
The pot and stems were supported separately. Very little soil had escaped from the container. That was enough to leave a good first impression.
