Descrizione

The delivery update was clear enough to follow. The parcel arrived within the expected window. That detail made the order feel properly handled.
The variety I wanted to inspect first was Galanthus "Mount Everest". The parcel was packed neatly rather than filled at random. Very little soil had escaped from the container.
W potwierdzeniu zamówienia podano produkt Galanthus "Mount Everest". Roślina dotarła bez widocznych uszkodzeń transportowych. Pędy były wystarczająco jędrne do ostrożnego sadzenia.
Nothing looked crushed, broken or excessively dry. The root area was moist without being waterlogged. I did not need to contact the shop again about it.
The available options were explained in plain language. A small change to the order was confirmed without confusion. It was a small point, but I noticed it straight away.
