The available options were explained in plain language. The operator answered my question without sending a generic reply. I would be comfortable ordering another variety this way.
The plant arrived without visible transport damage. I checked Hyacinthus "Blue Jacket" first after opening the box. The root area was moist without being waterlogged.
Das Paket kam im erwarteten Zeitraum an. Der Außenkarton war noch in gutem Zustand. Insgesamt war dieser Teil der Bestellung unkompliziert.
The shoots were not pressed against the lid. The box was arranged so the plant could not move freely. That detail made the order feel properly handled.
Obecne liście nie były mocno otarte w transporcie. Nic nie było zgniecione, złamane ani przesuszone. To wystarczyło na dobre pierwsze wrażenie.
I received the box at a convenient time. The delivery update was clear enough to follow. That detail made the order feel properly handled.
As raízes e a parte superior pareciam equilibradas.
