A resposta chegou enquanto eu ainda estava a escolher.
Durante l'apertura non ho trovato punti deboli evidenti. Il materiale vegetale sembrava fresco all'apertura.
Korzenie i część nadziemna wyglądały proporcjonalnie. To wystarczyło na dobre pierwsze wrażenie.
Apenas controlo a humidade e deixo a planta tranquila.
I chose Iris sibirica "Jerry Murphy" after comparing several options. The protective material was used where it was actually needed. The roots still had enough moisture after the journey.
The available options were explained in plain language. The operator answered my question without sending a generic reply. For an online plant order, this was reassuring.
