Description
Anemone coronaria "Governor" is one of the most popular and recognizable varieties with large, vibrant flowers of a rich red hue. The flowers often have a contrasting white border or light streaks at the base of the petals, and a dark center makes the coloration even more expressive. This is a variety with a very strong visual effect, perfect for striking accents.
The plant forms tall flower stalks and large flowers, making it look splendid in flower beds. "Governor" appears very energetic and festive, making it suitable for vibrant spring-summer plantings, commercial cultivation, and spectacular floral arrangements. This is one of those varieties that sells well due to its rich color and large flower size.
