We pay special attention to plant quality and carefully inspect products before shipping. Our goal is for every order to arrive in proper condition and match the stated characteristics.

Quality control

Before shipping, plants undergo a visual inspection. We assess their overall condition and quality and do not ship plants with clear signs of serious damage or an improper condition.

Living plants are a natural product

Every plant is unique. Size, shape, the number of shoots and leaves, flower colour and other external characteristics may differ from the photos on the website. The appearance of plants also depends on the variety, the time of year and the stage of development.

Seasonal changes such as the absence of leaves during dormancy, changes in foliage colour, or the absence of flowers outside the flowering period are natural features of plants and do not in themselves indicate poor quality.

Reliable packaging

We carefully pack plants with their specific needs in mind to protect them as much as possible during transport. Slight soil displacement or damage to individual leaves or shoots during delivery is possible and, as a rule, does not affect the plant’s further development.

If something is wrong with a plant

If on receipt of your order you find substantial plant damage or another quality issue, please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible.

To review your request, please provide the order number and attach photos of the plant, the packaging and, if available, the shipping box. This helps us assess the situation more quickly and offer a suitable solution.

If your request meets the terms of our guarantee and the applicable return and claims rules, we will offer an appropriate solution — for example, a replacement or a refund.
