Hyacinth Collection – Blue Jacket & Splendid Cornelia – 100 Bulbs
Hyacinth Collection – Anna Marie & Splendid Cornelia – 100 Bulbs
Description
Anemone coronaria "Hollandia" is one of the most recognizable varieties with a classic color contrast. Its bright red petals combined with a dark, almost black center create a striking and clear visual accent, which is why this variety is often used in flower beds and for cut flowers. It's a good choice when you need a rich color without complex shades and transitions.
The plant is compact – about 25-35 cm tall, with neat, sufficiently strong stems. The flowers are large, 6-8 cm in diameter, simple in shape, and open well in the sun. The petals are smooth, red, with a slight silky sheen; the center is contrasting, dark, with prominent stamens. The fragrance is weak or absent.

There was no sudden drying after it was placed in the soil. The planting material stayed stable during the first days. I would be comfortable ordering another variety this way.
The label identified the item as Anemone coronaria "Hollandia". The first thing I noticed was the clean condition of the shoots. The leaves that were present had not been badly rubbed in transit.
