The operator answered my question without sending a generic reply. The explanation was short but specific enough to help. The process was simple without feeling impersonal.
I received the flowers. They are growing slowly. There are no blooms yet. I will report back when they bloom.
De clematis werd heel snel geleverd. Zeer goed verpakt.
The stems remained firm instead of drooping further. The plant held its shape once the protective wrapping was removed. Nothing felt rushed or carelessly prepared.
La pianta era fissata bene all'interno della scatola. Le etichette erano ancora ben visibili. Ho scelto Clematis "Miss Bateman" dopo aver confrontato diverse opzioni.
The package came when the delivery update suggested it would. Nothing suggested that the parcel had been left waiting for long. That was enough to leave a good first impression.
A planta chegou sem danos visíveis do transporte.
I chose Clematis "Miss Bateman" after comparing several options. The packing kept the delicate parts away from the cardboard. The shoots were not pressed against the lid.
O nome escrito coincidia com a página do produto.
