Description

Crocus ‘Schothorst Mix purple/blue’ is a special mix of large-flowered and botanical crocuses with a long flowering period. This variety was created in the Netherlands for mass spring plantings and features rich purple-blue hues.

The plants grow to approximately 10–20 cm in height, bloom from February to April, and are suitable for planting in gardens, on lawns, in rockeries, and in containers. Crocuses prefer sunny locations or light partial shade.

The cup-shaped flowers range in shades from lilac-blue to rich purple, with bright orange stamens. This mix is valued for the effect of natural spring meadows and good winter hardiness.
