Crocus ‘Swanbury Mix’ is a professionally selected mix of botanical and large-flowered crocuses of Dutch selection. The main feature of the mix is its prolonged flowering due to the combination of early and mid-flowering varieties. The mix includes purple, lilac, white, striped, and yellow crocuses.
The plants are compact, about 15–20 cm tall. Flowering begins in February–March and can last until April. The flowers are goblet-shaped, with bright orange stamens, open well in the sun and are suitable for creating natural spring meadows, rockeries, borders, and planting on lawns.
Crocuses "Swanbury Mix" are highly winter-hardy, easily naturalize, and spread annually. They prefer sunny areas or light partial shade, loose, well-drained soil without water stagnation.
