I found no obvious weak point while unpacking it. Nothing looked crushed, broken or excessively dry. The visible buds were intact and easy to inspect.

The label identified the item as Dahlia "Le Baron". The plant held its shape once the protective wrapping was removed. The plant adjusted to normal light gradually.

The information in the confirmation matched our conversation. Order confirmation was handled politely and clearly. The reply arrived while I was still deciding what to order.

Nothing suggested that the parcel had been left waiting for long. The package came when the delivery update suggested it would. I did not need to contact the shop again about it.

O estado geral correspondia à descrição do produto.
