Description

Fragaria "Darselect" - is a popular French variety of garden strawberry with an early ripening period, known for high yields, large berries, and excellent dessert taste. The plant forms powerful compact bushes with strong flower stalks, ensuring stable and abundant fruiting.

The berries are large, of regular conical shape, bright red, with dense juicy pulp and a rich sweet taste with a slight refreshing sourness. The fruits have a distinct strawberry aroma, tolerate transportation well, and retain freshness for a long time after harvesting, thanks to which the variety is widely used for both home cultivation and commercial production.

The variety prefers sunny areas with fertile, loose, and well-drained soil. It is characterized by good winter hardiness, resistance to major diseases, and high productivity.
