The first watering was absorbed normally after the journey. The root area settled without needing extra handling. Nothing felt rushed or carelessly prepared.

Description
Iris reticulata "J.S. Dijt" - is a perennial, spring-flowering bulbous plant with spectacular reddish-purple flowers and a bright orange spot in the center of the petals. It is one of the first to bloom — in late March-April, soon after the snow melts. The flower diameter reaches about 8 cm, and the plant height during flowering is 10–15 cm.
It prefers sunny areas, light sandy soil with good drainage and without water stagnation. For a more decorative effect, it is recommended to plant in groups. It reproduces quickly and is excellent for rock gardens, rockeries, mixed borders, and forcing.

The wrapping came away cleanly during unpacking. The parcel was packed neatly rather than filled at random. This mattered more to me than a promotional promise.
