A etiqueta identificava claramente Iris sibirica "Regency Belle".
Ho potuto aprire tutto subito.
The planting material looked fresh when I opened the box. The main item in this parcel was Iris sibirica "Regency Belle". The stems felt firm enough for careful planting.
The pot and stems were supported separately. Very little soil had escaped from the container. The wrapping came away cleanly during unpacking.
Communication stayed clear from the first question to dispatch. I did not have to repeat the same question several times. The explanation was short but specific enough to help.
As informações de entrega eram fáceis de acompanhar. A encomenda chegou dentro do prazo esperado.
