Jostaberry "Nidigrolaria" - is a vigorous deciduous fruit shrub obtained by crossing blackcurrant and gooseberry. The plant combines large berries, characteristic of gooseberry, with the rich taste and aroma of blackcurrant. The bush practically has no thorns, which greatly facilitates care and harvesting.

The adult plant reaches approximately 1.5–2.5 m in height and 1–1.5 m in width. It blooms in spring with small, inconspicuous flowers. The fruits ripen mainly in July–August. The berries are round, turning dark purple or almost black when fully ripe.

The pulp is juicy, the taste is sour-sweet, combining notes of gooseberry and blackcurrant. The berries are suitable for fresh consumption, freezing, making jams, jellies, juices, and other homemade preparations
