Description

Lilium "Golden Splendour" - is a magnificent variety of trumpet lily with large golden-yellow flowers, adorned with a bronze-purple hue on the outer side of the petals. The elegant, funnel-shaped, outward-facing flowers reach 18–20 cm in length and exude a rich, sweet fragrance that is particularly pronounced in the evening hours. Tall, strong flower stalks make the plant a true dominant feature of the summer garden.

Lilies originate from Europe, Asia, and North America, where their natural species have adorned meadows and forest edges for centuries. The 'Golden Splendour' variety belongs to the famous trumpet hybrids, which are known for their large, fragrant flowers, high winter hardiness, and exceptional longevity. Thanks to its striking coloring and resilience, this variety has remained one of the most sought-after among gardeners for many decades.

The plant prefers sunny or slightly shaded areas with fertile, loose, and well-drained soil. It blooms in July–August, reaching a height of 120–180 cm. It is characterized by high frost resistance, disease resistance, and ease of care.
