The package came when the delivery update suggested it would. The delivery update was clear enough to follow. The contents had not shifted much during the trip.

The pot and stems were supported separately. Each item was easy to remove without pulling at the plant. I would be comfortable ordering another variety this way.

The planting material stayed stable during the first days. The label identified the item as Lilium martagon "Terrace City". The stems remained firm instead of drooping further.

The person on the phone understood what I was asking about. The explanation was short but specific enough to help. I would be comfortable ordering another variety this way.
