Description
Narcissus "Arctic Gem" is an elegant and delicate daffodil variety with graceful snow-white flowers and refined petal shape. The flowers look very clean and airy, and the light center with a soft creamy-yellow hue gives the variety a special sophistication.
The plant forms compact, neat bushes with narrow dark green leaves and slender flower stalks. The height of an adult plant is usually 20–40 cm. Flowering occurs in mid-spring — most often in April–May.
Variety features:
- snow-white delicate coloration;
- elegant flower shape;
- light pleasant aroma;
- high decorativeness;
- good frost resistance;
- unpretentiousness in care.
The variety prefers sunny areas or light partial shade. It develops best on loose, fertile, and well-drained soils without stagnant moisture.
