Description

Narcissus "Jetfire" - this original narcissus variety will surely please you. It has a rich yellow color. Despite their brightness, the flowers of this narcissus are very delicate, and the plant itself is refined. The perianth segments (petals) are rounded, narrowly elliptical, bent backward, and golden-yellow in color. The corona (trumpet) is strongly elongated, cylindrical in shape, with a corrugated edge, and orange in color. The flowers are arranged horizontally. The flower size is about 7 cm in diameter.

They are perfect for flower beds, rockeries, planting under trees, and growing in containers. They look great in compositions with other spring-flowering plants (muscari, tulips, violets). This variety has a long flowering period and a wonderful fragrance.

It grows well in full sun or partial shade. The plant height does not exceed 30 cm. Flowering period - early spring.

Soil: prefers moderately moist, well-drained soil. It is important to avoid waterlogging to prevent bulb rot.
Planting: bulbs are planted in autumn at a depth 2-3 times their size (approximately 10-15 cm).
After flowering: it is recommended to remove faded flowers, but it is essential to leave the leaves until they turn completely yellow. This allows the bulb to accumulate energy for flowering next year.
