Narcissus "Mount Hood" - is a variety that grows up to 50 cm tall. The corona of the narcissus is equal to or slightly longer than the perianth segments (petals): usually by a third. The perianth segments are oval, with pointed ends, milky white. The corona (cup) is wide, with a wavy edge, white in color with a yellow eye in the center. The flowers are arranged horizontally. There is one flower stalk. The flower size is about 10 cm in diameter. The flowers are slightly fragrant.
It is perfect for flower beds, rock gardens, rockeries, for planting under trees, and for growing in containers. It looks excellent in compositions with tulips, muscari hyacinths, and violets. It is ideal for obtaining high-quality cut flowers, not only in open ground but also for forcing. This variety has a long flowering period (up to three weeks). It grows well in full sun, partial shade, and shade. It is hardy.
