The variety label matched the item on my order. Nothing appeared to have been mixed up in the box. The tag stayed attached during unpacking.

After planting, the plant did not show obvious stress. I had selected Narcissus "Tahiti" for this delivery. The root area settled without needing extra handling.

Il materiale vegetale sembrava fresco all'apertura.

A encomenda chegou dentro do prazo esperado.

Me interesaba especialmente Narcissus "Tahiti". Revisar el pedido llevó solo unos minutos.

Nie musiałem telefonicznie dopytywać o zamówienie. Od potwierdzenia do doręczenia wszystko przebiegało spokojnie. Dało mi to pewność, że zamówienie zostało sprawdzone.

The operator answered my question without sending a generic reply. The reply arrived while I was still deciding what to order. The tone was friendly without sounding scripted.
