The roots and upper growth appeared balanced on arrival. The plant looked prepared for shipping rather than freshly disturbed. It gave me confidence that the order had been checked.
Ordered online and everything went smoothly from checkout to delivery. A sturdy young plant with a good, well-developed root system. Five stars for the ordering experience alone.

Apenas controlo a humidade e deixo a planta tranquila.
The plant recovered from the journey soon after unpacking. The root area settled without needing extra handling. I chose Raspberry `Autumn Bliss` (P9) after comparing several options.
Nada parecía aplastado, roto o demasiado seco.
Durante l'apertura non ho trovato punti deboli evidenti.
