Description
Rosa "Fairy King" is a spectacular and unpretentious groundcover variety, characterized by prolonged and abundant flowering. The bush is low-growing, spreading, about 60–80 cm high and up to 70–100 cm wide. Arching shoots actively spread sideways, forming a dense flowering cover.
The flowers are small, 3–4 cm in diameter, gathered in numerous large inflorescences. The color varies from rich pink to bright red. Thanks to its compact growth, the variety is suitable for borders, slopes, rockeries, group plantings, and container cultivation.
The rose prefers sunny areas or light partial shade, moderately moist, nutritious, and well-drained soil. The variety shows good resistance to common rose diseases and relatively high winter hardiness.
