Description
Summer Raspberry Collection – 3 Plants — a collection of three proven summer raspberry varieties with high yields, large aromatic berries, and excellent dessert qualities. The set combines varieties with a long fruiting period and will be an excellent choice for creating a productive home raspberry patch.
Raspberry "Glen Ample" is a mid-season, high-yielding variety. The bush is characterized by powerful, tall shoots that are practically thornless. One branch has about thirty ramifications, each bearing up to 20 drupelets. The berries ripen after June 20th. This is a very high-yielding variety. The berries are very large. They are juicy and sweetish with a fleeting tartness. The color is classic raspberry, and the shape is close to spherical.
Raspberry "Tulameen" is a mid-season variety. The bushes of this variety are quite tall, often exceeding 1.5m. The shoots are straight, with few thorns. The fruits are freely arranged. They can bear fruit for over a month and a half, with the first berries ripening in late July. One bush yields about 5kg of fruit per season. The taste of the berries of this particular variety is considered a universally recognized standard for raspberry flavor. They can weigh around 5-8g. They have a very narrow conical shape and a light red color, shiny.
Raspberry "Schönemann" is a reliable variety developed by German breeders in the 1950s. It has fast growth, intensively producing replacement shoots. Branches require support for easy harvesting. Young shoots are covered with a weak waxy bloom, and small thorns cover them from bottom to top. The berry has a pleasant dark red hue, is medium-sized, and has a dessert sweet-sour taste.
