Description
Tulipa "Banja Luka" - these are blood-red tulips. Their flower stalks reach a significant height (usually 60-70 cm), and the petals are in red, yellow, and orange colors. The stems are rigid. They bloom in early May.
This variety is unpretentious. An important element of its planting is the type of soil. The most suitable in this case would be nutrient-rich, permeable soil with a large amount of humus. In addition, it should not be too compacted. It can be grown in full sun, partial shade, and shade. Plant the tulip individually with a trowel or with a special bulb planter. For planting, choose a place in the border or create a new flowerbed. Spread good soil and plant the bulbs in groups of at least six bulbs or spread about 25-50 bulbs evenly along the garden border. The earliest week for forcing is 44.
