Description
Tulipa clusiana "Peppermintstick" is an elegant botanical variety easily recognizable by its contrasting two-tone coloration and slender flower shape. It is valued for its lightness, natural appearance, and early flowering. Excellent for rock gardens, alpine slides, borders, and naturalistic plantings.
The plant is compact - about 20-30 cm tall, with thin, neat stems. The coloration is expressive: the inner side of the petals is white with a soft creamy hue, while the outer side is bright red or crimson, making the buds appear striped when closed. When fully open, the contrast becomes especially noticeable. The aroma is light and unobtrusive.
