Description

Tulipa "Daydream" - This is a variety often chosen by gardeners who want a predictable result and also wish to see a flower in their garden capable of changing color as it blooms. It is frequently used for creating neat borders, spring arrangements, or vibrant bouquets – the bulbs quickly take root and perform excellently even in the first season. The mature plant reaches 40-50 cm, with a strong, wind-resistant stem and a large, goblet-shaped bud that opens smoothly, with a diameter of 9-11 cm when fully open. Aroma: delicate, subtle, typical of classic tulips, not overpowering. The main focus is the color dynamic: the buds open soft yellow, gradually becoming bright orange with golden hues, and at sunset, they transition into apricot. 

It performs excellently both in open ground and in containers on balconies or terraces. The best results are achieved when planted in loose, fertile soil in a sunny or slightly shaded location. Bulbs are planted in autumn, to a depth of 10-12 cm. After planting, it is recommended to mulch the area for better wintering. During the growing season, standard care is sufficient: regular watering during dry periods, and feeding with phosphorus-potassium fertilizers before flowering.
