Description

Tulipa "Gavota" - is a spectacular two-toned variety, valued for its unusual coloration and elegant flower shape. The contrast of rich burgundy petals with a thin golden-yellow rim makes this tulip a true ornament of the spring garden. This variety is excellent for both decorating flowerbeds and for cutting.

Tulip Gavota forms a strong, upright stem, thanks to which the flowers retain their shape well even in bad weather. The buds resemble goblets or slightly unopened lilies, and the rich coloration makes the variety a wonderful accent in flowerbeds. It looks best in group plantings, harmoniously combining with white, cream, and yellow tulips. It prefers sunny or slightly shaded areas with loose, well-drained soil.
