Description
Tulipa "Goudstuk" is a spectacular low-growing variety that will become a bright decoration of a spring flower bed and perfectly combines with irises. Thanks to its original coloring and unpretentiousness, this tulip is widely used in landscape design for creating borders, solitary plantings, and colorful floral compositions. The plant reaches a height of about 20 cm, forms a strong flower stalk and basal sword-shaped leaves of rich green color. Flowers with a diameter of 8–10 cm attract attention with bright yellow petals with expressive red spots in the center. Flowering occurs in May and lasts about two weeks, accompanied by a light pleasant aroma. The variety is highly resistant to diseases and pests, tolerates winter frosts and short-term drought well, which makes it an excellent choice for both experienced gardeners and novice florists.
