The plant was fixed securely inside the box. The wrapping came away cleanly during unpacking. The item in this order was Tulip "Groenland".
The visible buds were intact and easy to inspect. The plant arrived without visible transport damage. The plant looked prepared for shipping rather than freshly disturbed.
The explanation was short but specific enough to help. Order confirmation was handled politely and clearly. That was enough to leave a good first impression.
Il materiale vegetale sembrava fresco all'apertura.
The root area settled without needing extra handling. The planting material stayed stable during the first days. This mattered more to me than a promotional promise.
