Description

Tulipa "Orange Emperor" has orange-tinted petals. On the outside, there are green stripes in the middle of the petals. The color combination looks very beautiful and original. The bud is lush, voluminous, and classic in shape. The bud grows on a strong stem, which, like the leaves, is dark green. The aroma of the variety is pleasant, not strong. The scent has floral notes, felt only during flowering.
Characteristics:
  • plant height - 30 cm;
  • bud diameter - 5-10 cm;
  • flowering period - April-May.

Not much care is needed. On the day of planting, the plot should be watered. Subsequently, regular watering, weeding, and loosening are sufficient. Fertilizing with organic or mineral complexes and covering will also be needed. The flowers should be covered for winter with spruce branches. In addition, it is excellent protection against mice and other pests that like to feast on bulbous plants.
