Description

Tulip "Red Princess" - this variety belongs to the early peony-shaped tulips, characterized by a large number of satin petals. The double buds are colored in dark red and held on short, fleshy stems.

Main characteristics of the variety:
Flowering period - April-May;
Plant height - 40 cm;
Flower diameter - 10-20 cm;
Leaf color - green;
Plant color - dark red.

It has narrow leaves, slightly touching the bud. The flower is cup-shaped, lush, thanks to which even a single plant looks noble. This variety is excellent for forcing. The flowers have a light and pleasant aroma.

Plants do not like water stagnation in the root system, so this should be taken into account when choosing a planting site and subsequent care. They prefer light soil.
