Description

Tulip "Red Princess" - this is a variety that belongs to early peony-shaped tulips, characterized by a large number of satin petals. Double buds are colored dark red and are held on short and fleshy stems.

Main characteristics of the variety:
  • Flowering period - April-May;
  • Plant height - 40 cm;
  • Flower diameter - 10-20 cm;
  • Leaf color - green;
  • Plant color - dark red.

It has narrow leaves that slightly touch the bud. The flower is cup-shaped, lush, making even a single plant look noble. This variety is excellent for forcing. The flowers have a light and pleasant aroma.

Plants do not like water stagnation in the root system, so this must be taken into account when choosing a planting site and subsequent care. They prefer light soil.
