Description

Tulip "Scarlet Baby" - this plant has thin, star-shaped petals, pointed at the tips, some arranged in two tiers. The color is red, the center is yellow. Thanks to its unusual shape and wide opening of the petals, the flower appears quite voluminous. The leaves of the plant are dark green with small speckles or purple stripes. 

Main characteristics:
height: up to 20 cm;
bloom height: 5 cm;
flowering period: late March – early April. 

The stem is strong, reliably holding the bud. This variety is a good choice for decorative flower beds and rock gardens, as it is unpretentious in care.
Choose a sunny planting spot: during growth and flowering, the plant should receive sufficient heat. The soil should be moderately moist – without waterlogging. The optimal temperature for planting flowers is 7-10 degrees, the planting period is the second half of September – all of October.
