Description

Tulipa "Silver Parrot" is a perennial bulbous plant with incredible external characteristics. They are attractive due to their beauty and sophistication. The plant belongs to late-flowering varieties of the "parrot" class. Tulips grow to about 60 cm.

The buds are goblet-shaped, with a characteristic parrot form — embossed petals, as if torn at the edges, resembling parrot feathers. The color of the petals is very delicate — white and pink. The main color of the petals is white, transitioning to bright pink closer to the edge. The leaves deserve special attention, they have an unusual color — green with a milky-white border.

These tulips look especially impressive when planted in groups of 8-10 bulbs. Then, a stunning effect in the flowerbed is guaranteed during flowering.

Frost-resistant plants. They do not tolerate waterlogging. If there is insufficient moisture, tulips need to be watered. After flowering, the seed pods are removed, and the stems and leaves are left until completely dry.
