Description

Tulip "Sky High Scarlet" - this is a flower that will suit those who prefer strict classics. On a long flower stalk, a goblet-shaped scarlet bud with yellow-black petals at the base will bloom in late spring. The aroma is light and pleasant. This is a simple late variety with high resistance to tulip diseases.

Characteristics:

height – 90 cm;
flower size – 5-10 cm.

For good growth, a lot of sun is needed. Therefore, choose an open area protected from wind. Late varieties tolerate light shade. The soil should be loamy or sandy, well-drained, not acidic.

Frost-resistant plants. They do not tolerate water stagnation. If there is a lack of moisture, watering is necessary. After flowering, the ovaries are removed, and the stems and leaves are left until completely dry. In July-August, the bulbs are dug up, sorted, and dried in the shade.
