Viburnum tinus "Rock & Rolla" is a decorative evergreen shrub with a compact, rounded crown, reaching up to 1.5 m in height. The cultivar is highly valued in landscape design due to its abundant flowering, decorative foliage, and bright fruits. The plant forms pink buds that open into delicate white-pink flowers, typically in winter and spring. After flowering, striking berries develop, ripening to a rich bright blue color. This cultivar is relatively undemanding in care and tolerates frosts down to −15 °C; however, in regions with harsh winters, it is recommended to provide protection from severe frosts.
