Description
The Allium Grand Collection – 150 Bulbs set is a luxurious collection of 150 decorative onion bulbs for creating a spectacular, modern, and unusual flowering garden! The majestic Gladiator with large fluffy purple inflorescences and the bright Purple Sensation with richly purple floral spheres will create a magnificent composition with expressive forms and a rich palette of shades. Tall slender flower stalks and airy spherical inflorescences will give the garden a special architectural expressiveness, lightness, and dynamism. Thanks to the large number of bulbs, you can create impressive flower arrays, picturesque groups, and original vertical accents. This set is ideal for decorating modern flower beds, mixborders, garden paths, natural compositions, and growing cut flowers, filling the space with bright colors, elegance, and unique charm.
Allium "Gladiator" is a decorative onion that seems to mimic its counterparts in color and form. The variety first unfurls thin lanceolate leaves, often curving into arcs. After this, it produces a large cylindrical flower stalk. The height of the flower stalk can exceed the height of a 6-year-old child. Allium buds resemble fluffy purple spheres. Only one bud is fixed on a single flower stalk, consisting of a large number of small 5-petaled flowers. Gladiator is practically odorless. The aroma of this allium variety resembles freshly cut grass and a subtle sweetness.
Allium "Purple Sensation" is a spectacular ornamental onion that will be a true adornment of the spring garden thanks to its large spherical inflorescences of a rich purple hue. Bright fluffy spheres seem to float on long thin flower stalks, creating a festive and lively atmosphere in flower beds. The basal leaves are linear, light green, harmoniously emphasizing the plant's expressive flowering. The plant height is 70–90 cm.
